On the other hand. See that vertical rectangular hatch on the turret side? Right by the APS mount. Its not present on the left side. Might be an ammunition loading hatch or related to a case ejector.
On the other hand, its not entirely clear from the wording if the narrator is refering to the commander and gunner as different individuals
or as the commander acting as both.
Wonder if the automation level allows the third crew to handle drone reconnaissance.
