In T-14 also only two have hatches. Still for the moment I believe the Chinese tank has only 2 crewmembers.

If there is only 2 crew, how do you explain the middle periscope?

Could there be a hatch on the bottom of the hull for the third person? Not for normal ingress/egress but when all three of them needed to bug out fast they can all have a dedicated hatch each.
