Those are nav-lights I'm sure .Edit; Went back and checked the video, I was confusing it with the other plane.
EODAS are on the side air intakes for the front. Not sure bout the rear.

7m is a minimum guesstimate, so it could be longer up to 8m! So possibly tandem stacked PL-15s! Edit: @Jason_ made a nice a nice measurement: Link
