Said to be an excerpt from an unknown document on a ship-based 8-cell VLS with quad-packing capability, with the long module's length of no more than 9 meters, the medium module's length of no more than 7 meters, and the short module's length of no more than 3.3 meters.

I suppose this is describing the HT-1 850mm UVLS, though the original poster seems to hint otherwise.

That is GJB 5860-2006, which is the exact military standard HT-1 was based on. I don't know the purpose why he deliberately mosaic out the standard number in his video.

Ideally PLAN's quad pack short range missile should be cold launched like CAMM so they could be launched from both GJB 5860-2006 and H/AKJ-16 through adapter just like CAMM could be launched from both Mk 41 and Sylver.
