The landing barges spotted off the coast of Zhejiang in another exercise..
How do we even know that this USV has VLS cells? Sutton's been wrong before.
I think Sutton is talking about this one. It's at the zhuhai trade show. The three chinese words " Trimaran+stealth+VLS=Arsenal ship"
Bottom of ship is round like the submarine. If it semi-submersible, very hard to detect it.
Since it has window, I think this ship can be unmanned or manned.
If it shoots down a P3C , no one know who did it? In Chinese term , it's called "Cold Arrow" Too many P3C flying SCS to hunt for SSBN. THis type of ship will be counter to that. Also it counter to US's stealth anti-ship cruise mssile hitting surface ships.
This ship is made in guangzhou shipyard.

We don't, and neither is Sutton. He's just guessing around (which he did state in the article).
Both USVs are not the same thing. The location of the superstructure masts on both USVs are obviously different on both boats, to start with.
The VLS is a guess at this stage, based on the configuration and draft of the forward hull. The design was only seen in low res imagery and tarped up. There is not really any way yet to make out details such as this.
