This chart is too optismitic for 2021. However, if change the chart title to 2022, then it is about right.
Most likely two type 075 and less than six type 055 will be in service at the end of 2021.
It is accurate with the exception of two things:
- It forgets 5 052Ds.
- It illustrates launched ships instead of commissioned ships.

055 舰等中国军舰穿越对马海峡，日本舰机跟拍

日本自卫队统合幕僚监部8月23日消息，8月22日凌晨0点左右，日本海上自卫队在对马岛西南方向约105公里的海域，发现了正向东北航行的中国海军舰艇编队。中国海军舰艇编队由 052D 型驱逐舰119 “贵阳” 舰，055型驱逐舰101 “南昌” 舰，903a 型综合补给舰903舰共3艘军舰组成。这三艘舰艇随后通过对马海峡北上进入日本海。
作为应对，日本海上自卫队出动隶属于佐世保基地第2护卫队群的 “春雨” 号驱逐舰、日本海自鹿屋航空基地第1航空群和厚木航空基地第4航空群的 “P-1” 侦察机，进行了所需的情报收集和警戒监视。

The northern group, consisting of 055, 052D and 903A has been passed through Soya Strait and is currently north of Japan. An electronic surveillance ship has been discovered to have joined this group.
Did this group transit the Tsushima Strait?
Yes this same group was discovered a few days earlier after transiting Tsushima Strait, at the time though the 4th ship was not with the group.
