I am pretty sure that China's shipyards does gives out holidays for its workers, and any shipwrights working over the holidays would be given extra pay, and the issue of working triple shifts can be easily debunked by the fact that we have never seen any late night or even evening photos of any ships in constructions.
More importantly, China's shipyard workers do organise strikes when they feel like they are getting the short end of the stick like back pay, so the less that is said of even more important factors like ample rest and leisure time said the better. So the idea that major state owned shipyards like Dalian would be treat such skilled and valuable workers in such a fashion is a little disbelieving.

There are definitely holidays. Work virtually ceases over the Lunar New Year, Labour Day week, and a couple of other occasions.

However, Chinese shipyards definitely work triple shifts. This is a well-known fact and is partially why Chinese warships have such an impressive rate of construction. We've had many photos over the last few years of ships being worked on in the night.

Unsure what ship this belongs to. Judging by its spaciousness, this could be the CIC on a Type-071 or the carrier Liaoning. Shandong is probably less likely.

Dear oh dear what a terrible photo and what a terrible LCAC programme

This is how you don’t build a amphibious force

Absolute failure and tragic

Could not be worse and describes how inadequate the PLAN amphibious forces are

10 x LCAC STILL sitting at JNCX 18 months after being commissioned, they will probably sit there for another 18 months in the EXACT same position

Shocking where is the outcry?

In the first picture you can actually see the keel plates of the second 075 as well next to the first.
