Aircraft type x will be built in separate assembly line instead of (as today and before) being assembled on a shared line (with other variant).
The continuation of the 6000t segment hasn't been doubted, it's the 4000t segment that's a 'maybe'. Some are saying the 054B is outright cancelled, to be replaced by an ASW 052E.
So this finally shows that those claims are his own opinion and not something authoritative from insider circles.

Did he elaborate on what stage of development it is in? Observers are debating whether the November test actually involved a test-firing or not. Some claim it was only a pop-up test but that would contradict Bill Gertz's claim that the test was detected by US early warning satellites.
