It is Freedom of Navigation, it is aggravating the tensions as well, you have the right to do it doesn't mean it is not annoying others.

When china sails around others it’s the media that cause the stink I will give you a example from home
Russian are always sailing near Scotland and also have long range bombers flying down the west coast down past Spain and back up the North Sea
Standard procedure calls NATO F-16 to do escort past Norway and hand over to RAF who hand over to Europe
And so it repeats
Media played article “Russian nuclear bombers inside Scotland’s Air space” and “RAF caught sleeping”
But then UK puts British troops on Russian border at BALTOPS
Honestly it wasn’t even a issue on a military term

This apparently is the extended-range round for the 130mm gun found on both 052D and 055 destroyers. Specifically, it utilizes folding canards to glide toward targets. With the canards retracted, the range is between 70 and 80km; with canards deployed, the range is over 100km. Terminal guidance is achieved via passive-laser or satellite/inertial navigation.
