The plaque is in chinese, looks like a ballistc missile sub without a sail. If built, a revolutionary design but no rim drive propulsion. Probably just a concept design.What's this? Is this Chinese?

Yup, that is a YJ-62 launcher.
Thinking quadruple launcher and Navy have HQ-9 units few but have, YJ-62 triple launcher very difficult to see also in more with this cammo
