I think there was a clip where soldiers were reloading the tubes of a phl-16 and that looked pretty similar to what russian troops are doing in ukraine with tornados
Maybe they’re used to just swapping the whole canister instead of reloading single tubes? Idk

Are you asking a question, or making an observation?

Also, can you clarify which video it was so that we can identify:
- whether it was actually a PCH-191/PHL-16
- whether they were reloading tubes of the canisters while it was still mounted on the launch vehicle or if it had been dismounted from the logistics vehicle onto a logistics vehicle
- how many other rockets had been expended or not

Because the whole point of the design of PCH-191's canister arrangement is that it is designed to be easier to reload more tubes at once in the field, and we've had past video/imagery of them reloading the MLRS by canisters -- so either there's some sort of logical explanation for what you saw, or perhaps you misidentified it.

Well our fellow SDF member @5unrise has a compilation video of the Fujian mobilization exercises on Eurasia Naval Insight. Not really sure what's "sloppy", other than perhaps the first clip with the armored marine troops driving close to the beach crowd. The clip is quite short though so it's hard to tell what the context is too. The fact is that in a realistic scenario there'll be encounters with civilians along the way. Anyway we didn't actually get much amateur footage on the ground, nothing like Ukraine at all where the buildup was all over Twitter for months.

As for the US Navy friend, maybe they saw something else for them to say it's "sloppy", but honestly it just comes off as a typical American "knock you down a peg" comment.

Truly a sight of beauty, a prepared, strong and well-equipped Chinese Armed Forces.

These designations are getting confusing.

I'm assuming
DZJ-08 攻坚 (gong Jian)
DZA-11 杀伤 (shA shang)?
DZP-11 破甲 (Po jia)

and now

DZS-151 杀伤 (Sha shang)
DZG-141 攻坚 (Gong jian)

I wonder why it's different?
Recoiless vs rocket?
Disposable vs multiple use?
Just a new designation?

I'm assuming the 151 and 141 are newer, given their 3 number designation, and 20(08)/20(11) instead of 20(14)/20(15).
