Task Force Faith flag captured by PVA, on display for 70th anniversary of the Korean War.
The story of this flag went like this:
Company 4, 239th Infantry Regiment, 80th Division, 27th Group Army was assigned the mission of penetrating to US RCT-31 command centre at night.
Night before the battle, battalion field kitchen corporal got a hold of a 3rd battalion communication squad corporal and said I got a special request. When you're in the field and you get an opportunity, can you find me a piece of cloth, I need it for steaming buns. So after the battle while cleaning up the battlefield our communication squad corporal went about doing this and he did in fact find a very fine piece of cloth and bought it back.
Someone reported this up the rank and higher ups came to see what this is all about. Upon seeing this the senior officer said aright nobody touch this. This is an American flag, RCT-31 aka Task Force Faith's flag.
But the question is how well can it steam buns?
A variety of advanced weapons of the PLA Army appeared in the Gobi Desert drills. The "King of the Land" 99A tanks, howitzers, and rocket launchers participated in the drills and the training was shocking.

Anyhow these stills are from a CCTV7 piece (from a few months back?) about the PLAN Marines "Jiaolong" SOF, the images aren't the best but they do show a DPD and an unknown but seemingly in service large SDV, if anyone could help locate the video I'd be thankful.

I saw this but don't know where to put it. But I just thought amazing. I know other countries got this as well. But it's great to know China is amongst them.
The badge of the 151 brigade is exactly the same as the badge of the original 113 division now 113 brigade except for the designation. After all, whether it is the 337 regiment interspersed in Longyuanli or the 338 regiment that marched 70 kilometers to Sansuoli for 14 hours day and night, they deserve the title of "Flying Tiger" of the 113th Division.
