I only brought it up because Mace attempted to pass his own friend's father's opinion of as evidence to show how flimsy anecdotal evidence is.
I am well aware of the circumstances surrounding the Vietnam War and I have made it clear thought out the discussion if it can be called one.

For someone who claims it to be an opinion you sure were indigant when I pointed out that it really was such in my post number 30.
And it is still a fact that your veteran's opinion does not outweigh my veteran's opinon.

Love that passive aggression just like you guys come into this forum every time your country suffers a "setback..." Like how you were never in Vietnam is evidence? Love that twisted logic.

if that was the issue there would not have been a problem. But the video shows a piece of fouled (rancid) meat in the MRE, not bad tasting meat, but straight up rotten meat that one should only eat at their own digestive peril.
Now this may be a one in a hundred fluke that the guy opened a bad MRE, and it is true that the PLA has better MREs to offer which the guy in the video praised.
Instead Mace when on a rant of how North Vietnam won because the US proffers better tasting MRE (ie: they are soft) when it is as far away from the true as possible.

Yes going back trying to argue how good your MREs are makes a difference hence how the Vietnam War disproves it.

Love the extreme twisting that you show, from racism to attempt to assinate my character to blatant country association. My claim still stand on the veteran story. but I guess this is what to be expected from a someone of your low standard.

Oh please the Vietnam War is just a single incident in the long history of warfare .
In countless other wars like WW1 and WW2, there have been countless of evidence of soldier having low morale that caused significant problems. Take the siege of stalingrad, where soliders on both sides were so desperate for the taste of salt that some actually attempt to commit suicide by the enemy fire due to the lack of it.
