Maybe we should move to the topic of ICBM. According to Ayi's conversation and related bloggers' discussion, this may be some kind of hypersonic missile(According to the characters in the expression pack, the meme comes from the domestic military discussion group in China, because the blogger forcibly characterized the progress of hypersonic weapons in China and the United States as the same level.).And a picture of perhaps the secondary engine starting.（Of course, the interception test referred to as hypersonic missile is not excluded.）
Video of that missile looks like it's a HCM. Distinct separate propulsion kicking in. Combined cycle engine? First part appears rocket, after changing directions the engine that takes over doesn't seem to be rocket.
Another thing to note is the angle (from recording perspective) of the direction change and the rapid change. The space in which this occurs is simply unbelievable even if it was just climbing rather than a mostly lateral change in direction.
