I guess explanation is called HQ-17A.
Buying this would meant expanding PLAGF brigade air defense allocations, which is probably not the goal.

Hi guys. On second thought the new LD35 (SWS2) appears on top of a type 08 vehicle instead of the 8x8 VN1 armored platform usually intended for export. This could indicate future use by the PLAGF. What do you guys think?
