Yeah. Could they be only some slots where the fixed fins will be mounted before launch?looks great, the middle fins look different than known SD-10A here

I just read a news from Vietnamese source (less reliable) that Russia will deliver additional 10 Su-35 to China in 2017 and the rest in 2018. This news might make b787 jumps up and dance.
Edit: found a Russian source of the story.
Simply since the left one is a SAM, whereas the right the well known PL-12 AAM.
Although the number of the 4th generation fighter aircraft of the Chinese Air Force exceeded 1000 aircraft, the demand of the new generation fighter aircraft, which still has more than 1,300 old models left, is at least 700 aircraft. Its own country needs 100 aircraft a year, requiring seven years for all renewal. This is one reason why I bought SU-35.
J- 10C and J -16 are two regiments each year. 10 J-15 annual production. J-20 produces 10 aircraft each year with LRIP. There are 10 more Su-35s, which is over 100 machines.
The number is amazing, but there is a cause. The Chinese Air Force's still active 3 rd generation fighter (J-7/8 · Q-5) had over 1,100 aircraft, and the early 4 th generation aircraft was about 200 Aircraft.
