They completed public basic courses and aerospace professional courses at Tsinghua University and Peking University respectively, and took parachuting, shooting, field survival training and other military courses required for flight students at the Air Force Aviation University. In July 2017, Song Jiahuan, a poor student in Shuangta Village, Henan Province, received an admission notice for the pilot class of the Air Force Aviation University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and Tsinghua University because of her excellent results in the college entrance examination. The recruitment of female pilots in China is very strict, and the elimination is very cruel. First, they were shortlisted into the top 200 in the country after multiple rounds of screening, and then competed for the last 40 places for female pilots. In the end, only those with particularly excellent grades could enter Tsinghua University and Peking University. The entire learning process will be "eliminated". Tsinghua University has 5 female pilots with "dual enrollment status", and finally 3 successfully passed the solo flight assessment, while Henan Province has only one female pilot, and she is Song Jiahuan.
