Oh no ... menstruation again !

Please just read the first sentence: there is no word of "a contract has been signed" but simply:

PARIS — Russian aerospace giant United Aircraft Corp. plans to ink a deal this year to supply the Chinese military with two dozen Sukhoi Su-35 multi-role fighter jets, an official said.

As such, forget it !

Maybe we should wait until the end of the year until we pass any final judgement. I mean the man did emphasise that they were confident on a deal being signed in 2015...

And they were already confident in 2013, 2014, now in 2015 and they surely will be in 2016 again.

Oh, I didn't really become a defence enthusiast till late 2014 and only started following the Chinese defence industry this year, so I wouldn't know. So why are the Russians so desperate to sell the Su-35?
