According to the "71" shown the parade that is not called a parade will be held on 1st July:
A parade would be army men, artillery, missiles, marching on ground, wth flyover in the skies.If there is no ground component, I think it's perfectly fine to be not called a parade.
Assuming it is only aircraft involved, the correct term would be "flyover," which is perfectly reasonable.
Of course. A J-16 was spotted during a similar maneuver back in 2020 in the same area. Weather was cloudy in that video though.
