Use some common sense.
There are so many other possibilities that are more likely than "PLAAF secretly shot down ROCAF fighter using electromagnetic missile".
Even just writing that made me feel like I had regressed in maturity by 20 years.

What's wrong with some one post a hypothesis of what happen yet you have no gut to post your hypothesis afraid of people will take shots at you. Boo.
Anyway, the main thing to take away from that video is taiwan president stuttering horribly at press conference. That guy recorded in his video. I had a good laugh when I heard her speech.
Did you watch and listen to that portion?

That's your old problem, tidalwave. Your scientific thinking is stuck in the ancient Greek ages where people post multiple hypotheses out of thin air and basically debate to find which one is correct rather than gather evidence. And you think that having no answer is apparently worse than wildly guessing and posting conspiracy theories because to you, they're at least "something." "You don't like my answer? Then what's your answer? You have no answer? Then I'm right!" That's your caveman "scientific" logic. In modern science, no answer is the correct answer when there is no evidence and when you post a hypothesis, it needs to be supplied with credible evidence. A jet went missing on a training flight; that's all the information we have. "It was shot shot down by a secret missile." "Aliens beamed it up." "The Kraken took it under the ocean." "The pilot accidentally flew it through a warp dimensional rift." etc... save it. Conspiracy theories with shaky anecdotal evidence are garbage and far worse than remaining silent.

If the F16 crashed in the sea, then of course it’s going to take them some time to find the wreck and recover the flight recorders to figure out what happened.
The fact that the F16 went down on the eastern side of Taiwan pretty much rules out any Chinese involvement as far as I am concerned.
It feels incredible silly for us to even be entertaining these half baked tin-foil hat nonsense conspiracy theories.
I mean, these are not even good conspiracies to start with. It’s too far fetched to be remotely plausible yet not crazy enough to even be good comic relief. It’s just sad really.

Yes exactly ... you take the most unlikely and fantastic theory, claim it with some chest-bumping and then you feel offended for being turned down.
Honestly, I know some don't want to hear it since they think they are very clever, smart or whatever but we are indeed not a fan-boy forum and at least as long as I'm a moderator of SDF such BS won't be accepted.
