IR tracking sensors on the helmet is used by a few different HMDs.
J-20's HMD adopts a similar solution (but is a different product to this one).
The HMD being developed for Su-57 uses a similar method as well.
And yes, the Striker HMD developed by BAE intended for Typhoon uses that solution too.

I'm not an expert so the terms may not be correct but you get the ideas:
Left from top to bottom:
outer shielding mask
photosensitive tube
inner projecting screen
right tilting project tube for single right eye display
Right:
positioning magnetic points

Anyone who identifies a certain detail? The one on top looks like chaff-dispenser boxes!?

Those are most certainly chaff dispensers in the top image, although I can't identify the airframe. Is it a helicopter? The part in the second image looks like a spine section for a J-10C.
