Very nice picture, so PLAAF have a regiment and the navy has one regiment

That is right.

I thought that the 9 Y-8 shelters at Wuxi were all for KJ-200, but it turns out three are for the three Y-8T tactical airborne command posts, also belonging to 26 Division 76 Regiment.

Defintaly not a KJ-2000, looks way too small

No other rotodome exists apart from ZDK-03 for the Pakistan Air Force and looking at its size it could be the 3rd or 4th unit which are due to be delivered soon

PAF are in Pakistan readying for the delivery so it could be a production ZDK-03 model awaiting painting and handing over

Or it could be a Chinese version of ZDK-03, either way looks like a new Y8 or Y9 platform AWACS rotodome
