That was nice! The satellite image (not GE, at least I cannot see it) must be earlier than picture 1, where four shelters are seen to be completed. On the satellite image, only the two built in 2009 are complete.
Which explains why four Y-8W (GX5) are in the open - they are simply there while their shelters are being completed. We can safely count on two being under the shelters.
That means that there are now six Y-8W (9371 - 9421) in the former 1 Ind Avn Regt at Laiyang, now 2 Naval Avn Div 4 Regt.
The other three planes must be Y-8J, of which there are four at Laiyang.
