No. It was Xiaoshan (萧山) of Hangzhou.

The Y-8Q in the background appears to sport a different paint scheme. The fuselage is bifurcated into different shades along the sides.

Guys, I’m watching a livestream by Yankee and Shilao right now, the topic is about 076 but they mentioned the new aircraft by Xi’an, and they both hinted that it’s going to be a new AWACS plane.

Sounds like the KJ-3000 reveal is imminent.

In that case, KJ-3000 is most certainly based on the Y-20.

And given that WS-20-powered Y-20B and YY-20B has entered serial production, I'd wager that the KJ-3000 would soon be based on the Y-20B as well (if not during the initial stages of development/production).

Zoomed-in on the KJ-3000 AEW&C. Looks like there a huge rotordome on top. The engines look to be WS-20 too!
