Yep "陆军" is the chief designer's name. He was born in 1964. "陆军" also means Army in Chinese.I think that 陆军 (meaning army) is actually the name of the designer, so that is just a pun about his name. (This reminds of the song "boy named Sue", but perhaps this name is "normal" in chinese ?)
