Chances are those particualar pieces or armor were manufactured before introduction of the new camoflouge pattern. Not a big surprise considering the pattern was only adopted this month.

I have to say I'm not entirely convinced myself but just throwing it out there

Next Joint Exercise Already in the Works

It looks like China and Russia are already lining up for another joint military exercise - this time focused on paramilitary and police units:


The exercise would be held in Moscow, and would last three days.
