The first thing that catches my attention is that the chinese contingent brought plenty of flags with them!
Also, what would people guess at the average age of the chinese Airborne troops (in the last post by BD Popeye, the troops in rank are all airborne, you can tell from the gear)? They look pretty seasoned to me. 22-23?
We still haven't seen any new load bearing equipment to go with the 07 pattern kit.

I'm surprized that guys are not responding to these pics..even though most are nothing more than "photo ops"...
That's probably because the 2007 didn't include the latest gear like the 2005 did. No MBT, J-10, rocket launchers, AWACS, etc. But it did include SPA!

With the troops wearing white gloves doesnt that sort of compromise the camoflage factor. Cause white things in bush environments stand out ALOT...
Mate it is parade before/after exercise...
obviously, i dont think that the Chinese government doenst want people having vidoes or photos on how they operate with the new equipment.
How would that work? They got Chinese insignia and flags on them. Wouldn't that void the "return policy"?
