The Turkish Akinci Drone is equipped with Range Extension Kits and Laser Guided Bombs made locally by NASTP.

This makes Akinci an extremely deadly and reasonably priced platform that can be utilized to take on both traditional and unconventional adversaries.

Ehm, just wanna point out that contrary to what you're trying to emphasize; Akinci is already equipped with a large variety of Turkish munitions, but Pakistani PGMs are of course a welcome addition as well.

It is just even more of a welcome addition for PakAF since Pakistan can simply source the munitions from within. That is the highlight of this news.

Also, I've already shared the news before as you can see below:
It seems Pakistan has integrated indigenous munitions to their TB-2 & Akinci fleets.

Maybe not the correct thread to ask, but regarding Iran‘s strikes yesterday, will there be a response and how could this look like?

Probably nothing major will happen. This isn't a new event. Similar events have happened in the past on that border - cross-border strikes, drones shot down, etc.

Quoting an unnamed official of Balochistan home ministry, BBC Urdu reported the drone was in “good condition which indicates it had landed due to technical reasons.”
The report said it was not the first incident on Iran Pakistan border when a drone was found in a good condition.
Earlier, on June 22, 2017, Pakistan said that it had shot down an Iranian drone in Panjgur after it was found flying inside its territory.

The region became restive during the NATO Afghan Invasion with a few groups surfacing in what was believed by some to be American involvement in creating divisions.

Pakistan should absolutely respond just on the basis of principal alone and going by the Pakistani social media space, that appears to be the demand, this can otherwise become very quickly a huge political liability for the establishment and establishment-backed govt-in-waiting (Nawaz Sharif). Pakistani social media is defacto owned by Imran Khan followers and they are mocking the generals for lack of response in every nook and corner of the internet. The lack of response so far is being contrasted to that of Feb-27 when Imran Khan was in power and India got slapped around in broad daylight in every sense of the word.

Plenty of BLA terrorist targets to choose from in border regions on Iran side. So a response can be formulated with path of de-escalation.

Pakistan may not be a prosperous country but it can certainly be a hugely problematic country for hostile actors(regardless of their size, military or economic prowess, of which Iran is relatively nothing) in it's neighborhood, just ask the Americans, Soviets, Indians and Afghans.
