Hang in there, my friends! Stay in the grind, get the sheepskins for the wall, and you'll get your fistful of dollars or rupees or maos... Take it from a grizzled vet who passed up schooling opportunities because he was too damned busy doing the job and fulfilling the mission... Not complaining - I could have dropped it on the shoulders of others, but I had to live with myself afterwards.

Great advice for the youngsters!..Don't pass up any educational oppurtinies. I did also while in the USN. But I turned out all right. But you guys may not in this super competive world. Stick with the education!!!! Get a degree!

SAT II are pretty useless, most college dont really even care that much, its more like a tie breaker for two people with same everything else, i pretty much stunk up the SAT II math and it didnt torpedo my college chances.

never take APs to slightly, its really annoy to have sit through (or sleep through) chem lecture when you can just take the AP chem and get a 4.

btw, are most your guys highschool seniors?

just got my SAT I score, got 1950, not good enough for some of the better universities, but why would i care? i don't even plan on going to US.

and of course SAT II is tomorrow, damn, one night to study math and physics...

Welli i don't know most of other people but i am and now doing my major at industry engineering. It feels like i'll get old in school and it would never end. I got in school when i was 5 years old and studying still.

well, i actually like being in school all things considered (tho i admit highschool was such a pain), its the only time you dont have any real responsibility. I for one will definite enjoy college or even graduate school.

I just got in Master Degree after five years of lagging and not studying! Kind of excited! YEAH!

I found out I'd wasted $62 on Thursday when I found out that I had a 770/780/670 for my SAT2. Today's test was a total waste.
(Anyone took Mandarin?) I left 6 Qs blank because I thought the instructor told us to do something..........

nah, my friend took mandarin.

i took math II and physics, and i didn't even have time to study before hand because of a chem test on friday. i forgot everything about magnetics and electronics, so i had to think about the formulas on the spot and the time was short.
