As I said it is hypothetical and if it was from DPRK then Latin letters would not be prominent such as on image with SLBM having "SL".

In a flashback, the Americans discover a strange object that is soon revealed to be a strategic nuclear submarine, scheduled to be completed by the North Korean leader's birthday.

This shocks the US military and government officials, who initially believed the vessel to be a "3,000-ton piece of junk." They go so far as to plan a preemptive tactical nuclear strike on North Korea's nuclear facilities, despite the risk of escalating into all-out war.

The US Deputy Secretary of State (played by John Cho), a Korean-American, objects to this, and is quickly taken off the agenda, so he secretly sends satellite photos of the ship back to South Korea along with a letter to a contact in South Korea in hopes of preventing war... sort of.

There's still another option; they've achieved this goal.

So the rumors that they're working on creating a domestically designed and produced fighter aircraft could come true, and if the Russians come to the rescue, it could come true soon.

In any case, even assembling the MiG-29 alone has certainly brought a lot of knowledge, and from what has emerged from past satellite images, the industrial facilities for repairing all DPRK aircraft are quite large.

The most realistic would probably be a domestic Su-75 but "done a little differently so they don't realize you're using my homework".
