The West are basically giving Ukraine MTCR infringing weapons like the Flamingo. Do you think Russia would not sell NK the MiG-35 if they asked for it? I think they would sell the Su-57E even.
After I outlined my opinion on what Russia could provide to the DPRK, an article today on the Russian online site "Topwar" made me jump out of my seat and completely reconsider my predictions.
The article is based on some South Korean statements, but then makes some considerations that could be realistic.
Will it happen? From what they indicate, we won't have to wait long to see if it's just a September fake or if it will actually happen.

What kind of listening device can allow them to eavesdrop on NK officials?
Laser/directional microphones, tapping devices on optical cables, elint antennas...

Probably a fiber tap, possibly a base station implant or some sort of camouflaged OTA collection platform if KJU (or his immediate entourage) is assumed to be sloppy with cell phones.

Guessing somewhere near one of Kim 3.0's seaside palaces in Wonsan or Ragwon.

Well imo that is far too outlandish, let's see DPRK receive first couple of hundred new or even second hand 4th gen MiG and Sukhoi fighters, then we can begin to ponder Su-34. Unfortunately discussions like this inevitably can't avoid a dark malaise: both Russia and China are far too weak-spined when it comes to arming an ally, they still go out of their way not to offend the US (and zionist) sensibilities, even if the US and it's axis of satellites say it clearly as day that they want Russia and China destroyed and conquered, right now the US axis are literally killing russian soldiers and civillians and are increasingly warmongering against China. If they keep going like this both China and Russia will sooner or later end up like that tale that goes "then they came for me...". I'm exasperated by this flacidity, countries like DPRK or Iran (despite it's own chronic malaises) and others should been at least armed to the teeth with russian and chinese systems, so that some semblance of military balance would be maintained.

Far less likely to happen then for Russia to do transfer of technology for relatively modern yet outdated RD-33 turbofan engine.
RD-33 alone would allow pretty much any type of aircraft even though it will not be an optimal engine for some types of aircraft.
4 engines for a bomber and airlifter with 15 to 20 ton payload along purpose built platform for AWACS derived from either of them.
