South Koreans (and the entire Western bloc in general) have underestimated North Korea for a long time, but when they finally took it seriously, they overblown the threat :V
It doesn't seem likely that the strategic nuclear submarine that North Korea is building will be that large, seriously speaking. Probably will be more similar in displacement to Indian designs.
