Whatever Sokol can deliver isn't as useful to Russia as ammo and guns.
Isn't Sokol reponsible for the MiG-31K and MiG-31BM?

It looks like the ship will have VLS installed at both her bow and stern.
It is, but it's a huge factory.Isn't Sokol reponsible for the MiG-31K and MiG-31BM?
Reading on the www, it's unclear to me the issue of the Amnok and Tuman class corvettes. Are there indeed two of each, meaning one of each for both coasts? Also are there any drawing /images showing the Tuman and Amnok classes side by side, to make out clearly the differences between them, sizes, displacement, weapons fit etc.? To me it looks like on the www they are constantly mixing them up, and even say Tuman is a 3,000 ton Krivak hull.News regarding shipbuilding.
Apparently, as with the previous 2 Amnok class and 2 Tunan class corvettes, the construction of the new class of large frigates was carried out simultaneously in two shipyards, one as the images had shown in Namp'o, west of the DPRK. And now it is indicated at the Chongjin shipyard on the east coast.
As indicated in the article and shown in the photos, at the moment the dimensions of the hull are indicated as 117 meters long by 16,

( #) but from the photos it appears that the extreme bow shown in green is still missing and there appears to be a prefabricated block (shown in purple) which seems perfectly suited to be added to the stern, so I find it plausible that the ship will reach 130 meters in length.

Many thanks for your input Sahureka. I'm just going on the www to try to figure out the differences between Tuman and Amnok class. Major one seems to be Tuman only has Kumsong-3s, while Amnok has the much more menacing Hwasal-2? Also, is there any hints that Amnok might be equipped with the DPRK Tor, said to be called Pyoljjy-3?1x Amnok and 1x Tuman for the Eastern Fleet
1x Amnok and 1x Tuman for the Western Fleet
Tuman is not possible from the Krivak's hull
Krivak = 123 meters long
Tuman = approximately 77 meters long from satellite measurement
But having had a Krivak-III at their disposal for a long period, on which restoration work was also started and then abandoned, still gave them the possibility of carrying out in-depth reconnaissance and study of every part of the ship, an experience which I think was then transferred in part to these new frigates under construction which in terms of dimensions I think can approach if not exceed those of the hull of the Krivak-III/project 1135.1 which, to be clear, was the version with a helicopter landing and hangar.
Thanks, completely missed. Did they show radar?And on another subject, any other images/news about what me and few other folks believe to be a medium range SAM (see link below)? Could this be a variant of the Pyoljjy-1/2 but without the booster, or perhaps like i believe @Valiant1002 mentioned previously, a SAM version of the apparent BVR AAM seen in 2021 iirc? Incidentally, i do agree and would be sensible for DPRK to create an IRIS type SAM system from the BVR and WVR AAMs shown back then.
Apart from the parade, i haven't seen any other pics of it to date, certainly not the radar. It does look like a DPRK Buk-M3/S-350/KM-SAM equivalent, and could certainly make sense to have it arm the new DPRK frigate. I wonder if anyone spotted this system in pictures/footage of the famous DPRK new weapons hall/exhibition?Thanks, completely missed. Did they show radar?
Given tracked chassis, probably more of Buk m3 TEL?
Maybe this is in fact their new frigate missile, too.
