I see that you are Vietnamese, me, you and he does not know if this is something faulty or not for certain.
For all we know it may be part of design, perhaps bore evacuator also cleaning itself or safety feature for over pressured propellant charge.
Anyway we do not seen any hatches being open hence we can guess that those were firing with crew inside.
In worst case scenario barrels were not fully screwed it or seal went loose after extensive use, well it is their first up to date modern SPH.
That they all are doing it and its being recorded for a propaganda video, would suggest it is a feature and not a bug.
