Good news, small & medium businesses are the lifeblood of any economy. Would be interesting to see the YoY statistics for that time period though. In particular, things like COVID lockdowns and any economic downturns usually have disproportionate effects on such small & medium scale enterprises while biggies can even continue growing due to built up intertia.
A lot of great things are happening at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai. Looks like China is making progress everywhere. There is the infamous robotic dog. Self driving companies everywhere
