Lol OS is one of China's would be strengths if tested. Without even requiring to, china has long developed and been using a dedicated military, strategic and government department use OS - Kylin.
Huawei's Hongmeng OS and Harmony 2 for overseas is functionally as good as any established ones and even better, able to be more integrated with Chinese infrastructure within China.
If pushed to only use and develop even more OS due to being cut off from using American ones, this is a field china would absolutely excel in and honestly would be a good thing to diversify away from civilians mostly using iOS and windows and Google's.
