China needs Science R&D policy titan like Vannevar Bush.
Why? In China, Hisense doesn't need to fight like a hungry dog for sales.
It is an established brand that has trust. Everyone knows it.
In the USA, it has to give a little extra to be taken seriously (rather than just the cheapest thing at Costco/Wal-Mart)
This goes for TCL as well. In the US it was (is?) the cheapest TV with Dolby Vision/HDR support, which meant high picture quality at a price below $1000.

Just wondering what is the current process? is it from refined oil to the chemicals?

China now graduate 10 million university graduate 30% of Them are in STEM amazing. Just like big river if you increase the water volume no dam can resist it. It will break thru at some time. So all those talk of constraining China is futile
