What is that a picture of? Interior section under construction?

It looks a bit like some kind of auto-loader unit?

Why under construction? Just interrior. Probably picture's quality is not very high (since it was ripped from tv screen).
And yes, it is an autoloader to the left, and guns breechblock to the right. The reason i posted this picture is because this breechblock still does not differ from good old 2A46.

Jiajuy.. no doubt that there a many Russian defense engineers and scientists working in China. But I can tell u thre a lot of great Chinese engineers and scientists in China too. All the guy I work with so far been great, they know more then our company engineers and they are suppose to be Phd in top uni. So it speak for themself.

I was scaning my file and it doesn't seem PLA is poor in anyway. IF any of u know about salt spary testing u should know how expenese it's. The Pla did a test with 3 99 Barrel put inside our packaging medium without heat or vaucam packing just simple fold over and tape, in 7PPB salt spary test for 14 days. When it was finish there was no sign of any corrison and they seem very happy.

So far we've not seen the Type 99 MBT offered for export, or show-cased at foreign arms trade shows.

The most advanced tank offered is prolly the MBT-2000, or possibly Type 96.

Hi,
I'm interested in the power pack. What is the engine configuration, the size of the engine. I know horse power is 1500 what about the torque? How many km can the tank go on a full load of fuel?

I guess this is a question for Nethappy. Do we know for sure that the engine is 1500 hp?

at 8 round per minute is suicide in modern tank battle,according to Israeli experience and tank drill is able to hit 3 target (at range 2000meter or longer) at 15 second is standard drill,this subsequently adapted by US army and NATO.
experience in dersert storm back them up,second carousel loading mechanism is prone to brew up ,just ask the iraqi or russian in Chenchya.that why latest generation of russian tank such as black eagle adapt bustle mounted auto loading,for year China been attempt come up with buslte mounted loading but technical problem lead them abandone in early 80's and opy the T-72 loading mechanism.
