PaPaPeng. From Edmonton Alberta. Retired. Chinese but first language is English. A Sinophile. Interested in history, politics, economics and military strategies. Will love to argue about grand strategy in which making war is only a one aspect to achieve strategic national goals. Have outgrown admiration for Geewhiz Gadgetry although still quite up to date about most weapons systems.

Greetings ! I'm a former USN helo pilot, served at the tail end of the Cold War, flew Chinooks and BV-107's for Columbia Helicopters in the US and Papua New Guinea, have a BA and MA in Economics and work as a Logistics Analyst for a defense contractor. I live way the heck out in the Mojave Desert and love the solitude, and available motorcycle riding.
