I've been visiting sinodefence for a very long time, even before there was a forum at all I came across sinodefence when I was looking for some information about chinese fighters and I soon realised it's a very good place to look for facts, not rumours.

I'm 28 years old, I live at the beautiful city of Aachen in Germany, which is the most western city of Germany, with the Dutch and Belgian borders just within a five minute walk from my house.
I'm a mechanical engineer specialized in production technologies.
My main interests are domestic and global policy and strategics as well as military technology (that's why I'm here). I spend lots of time doing research and reading about these topics.
I love good discussions!
And there is nothing that I hate more than nationalism and people who say their country is best without knowing other cultures (probably because I'm german and we have some bad experience with that).
As you can see from my nickname, I'm very much into theatre and I like classical music very much.

G'day All, Im Sadim...i've been secretly reading up on the old posts for a while now and i think i'm finally ready to come out of hiding

I was born in Guangzhou, China but grew up in Sydney Australia where I currently live and work. I'm no military expert, just interested in today's China...be it social, economic or military.
