Hello - longtime lurker here, posting from (occupied) Philippines. Local coverage of topics like China and the maritime disputes leaves... much to be desired, to say the least. Reading stuff here helps me keep my own counsel.

My main interests related to this forum are obviously the SCS issue - I think a lot on how local treatment of it contributes to continued US+local comprador chokehold over my country.
Also keeping an eye on China's economic/technological advancements and the further development of the wider BRICS bloc.
I have a passing interest on space programs and military history, among others.

Looking forward to interacting with all of you!

Hello from small european country - Montenegro. I'm Serbian nationalist living in Nato occupied country. I was a merchant marine officer couple years back, but now im into real estate because it makes more money to be honest . Military analysis is my weak spot, i love every aspect of it since i was a little kiddo. Montenegro is a Nato puppet state, so in reality we cannot speak publicly too much against it, but i do my best to defend my country and all of Europe from Anglo-Saxon imperialism Much love to my Chinese fighters

Hi, I introduced myself on another thread, when I should of done so here. I would like to add for Reddit users out there, I have set up a Chinese military subreddit - r/ChinaMil. There is so much expertise on here I think it would be brilliant to have this posting/discussion in other places too so people can understand China military and the region better.

Sorry moderators, this is not about me. Rather I am remembering about past members.
Many years ago when I first encountered sinodefence.com (I have forgotten exactly when) there were members who were regular posters to this website. There was crobato who wrote about the Chinese airforce, duskylim, and an Indian (I guess) who always insisted that Indian-made weapons are better than Chinese-made ones (Arjun, Tejas, Insas).
I wonder where they are now.
