It seems that Chinese NEV automaker's August deliveries were really good across the board. BYD will have no problem breaking the 3 million mark this year probably.

BYD sales breakdown. Actually seems like most increase came from just Song family & SeaGull. Song is especially impressive. I believe large part of that is due to a particular Champions version Song+ DM-i model just starting production this month.

Seagull just continues to trend up. Its sales numbers have been even more impressive in last 2 weeks. Production is elevating for sure.

BYD leads charge as China's share of EV exports grows eightfold​

Japanese automakers face threat to Southeast Asian stronghold

China accounted for 35% of global EV exports in 2022 compared with only 4.2% in 2018, according to the International Energy Agency. Japan, by contrast, was the largest exporter of EVs in 2018 with a 24.5% share, but saw its share plummet to 9.3% last year. The U.S. and Europe lag far behind as well.

In 2022, 40% of so-called new energy vehicles, a category that includes EVs, manufactured in China and exported to Europe were Chinese brand vehicles such as BYD.

IM Motors already has 13k orders on LS6. It's priced really well. They can't be making much profit at current prices

Do u mean 95k Qin DM-i?

I've been hearing there is now a 5000 rmb discount from 9.98w so it's 95k now
