December sales from Europe I think. This shows BYD at 1665 is 11th in the market, which is 3% market share. Atto 3 is at 1340, good for 11th in the market. MG is higher, but it's been in Europe for longer. BYD really needs to dramatically expand its Yuan+ production.

This is great. The website here provides daily updates on BEV vehicle registrations. Norway/Spain/Sweden/Netherlands provide daily updates.

Other countries are monthly, so we will have to wait and see on those.
You can see most of BYD's deliveries are in Norway and Sweden so far.

The way I look at it is that there are so many markets and production is only so high. BYD backlog for Yuan+ is ridiculously long right now. Qin I think has very short backlog. So they need to move production around in order to reduce backlog for hot export models like Yuan+. They also need to balance deliveries in order to not frustrate customers in new markets. I wonder if they will end up reducing domestic supply (which are lower margin) for greater exports. All decisions they need to make from very high level.

I kind of like this one. It shows how Apple CarPlay is implemented on BYD Atto 3. It looks to be very intuitive and easy to use. I'd imagine Android Auto would work very similar to this. This allows people to use Google/Apple Map and Waze along with all the apps that you'd want on your car like trip planner, Spotify and such. Now, I personally find Tesla's map function not to be as good as Google map. So, I think it's a plus to be able to have access to the apple/android app store through your byd atto 3. I think they are doing great here with making their product more appealing to international market.

good video on Dolphin. I think he makes a good point about range. this is not just a city car. City car will come out next year in the form of Sea Gull. Dolphin will be a normal car that's great for couples, singles and small families. Great for entry level.
