This reminds me of an old early 2000s era story about a Chinese machine manufacturer who invited a German engineer to help them improve their process, and the first thing he pointed out was all the dirty metal shavings on the floor and around the equipment, moral of the story was about how Europeans pay attention to detail and that's why they're better. Being about the 90s it was certainly plausible, but its still funny considering the state of European industry today. From the stuff i read on CNet about how competent Northvolt's workers are, this is a bad idea.
Maybe Europeans should hire some Europeans to help them be more like Europeans.
