You know what? Most Western countries should stop pretending they are maritime nations. Shipbuilding and sea transport industries have mostly disappeared in the West. The UK, Australia, etc are not maritime nations beyond their warships. This leads to things like this:

45 billion is not enough for 9 quite ordinary surface combatants. The US can just use its vast resources to force through problems but other Western countries are not capable of this. There is no single Western power that could naval arms race South Korea except the US.

This US blog is very anti-China and quite weird. But this article is sound.

A lot of the large shipping companies are located in Europe. But yeah most ships are built in the Far East.
I see you are right about that. Europe still has half of the market. But even there, you see large companies aren't from traditional maritime powers except for CMA. No Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, UK, USA etc... Italy and Denmark haven't been first rate navies for 500+ years either.

In line to get "Indian skill"?
Didn't know that University of Hyderabad replaced MIT and Harvard...
Hyderabad has US consulate General. so there is enough talent to attract.

"Practical Wealth"?
If the money is so good in India, shouldn't they stay in the country?
why should Indian stay in India when population growth is happening despite Covid?. what if all those cemented structures that they are building from transitioning from rural to urban create future heat waves that become unbearable. They need to move out and spread around continents just like prior Europeans.

You're not making any sense really. What point are you trying to make? There are a lot of smart Indian people? That's doesn't really contradict the idea that India the country simply doesn't have things together.
despite all shortcoming Indians are sufficiently generating wealth internally that enable to sit in high business tables around the world with Arabs asking for airline slots. if Germany has no subsidies in current situation that country will instantly collapse. All industrial countries like Germany, Japan and Korea are facing demographic shortcomings that make them unsustainable.
This demographic strength is shielding India from alot of things.

The CPSU was different because the majority (iirc two-thirds) of the founding members of the Bolshevik party were ethnic minorities. In fact the population of the Russian SFSR was only 50% of the total population of the USSR; Khrushchev, Brezhnev and Gorbachev had Ukrainian roots; Stalin was Georgian and Lenin had German-Buryat heritage. Yugoslavia had pretty much the same problem. Essentially it would be the equivalent of imperial China annexing Japan, Vietnam, Korea, Burma, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines and then the PRC making them into constituent Republics; way too many people to integrate.
replace Buryat with Kalmyk.

what about French?. Let Korean built that complex Carrier first. The point is French has put its hands in diverse fields that divide the labor and not concentrate on one thing. but if they get into single mission ships they are quiet capable. that Mistral with Russia was build quiet quickly despite customization for Russian requirement and trials with Ka-52.
This aviation crises not helping either as it will put more pressure on French to expand engines. this is most labor intensive part.

As your numbers show, India is about 20-30 years behind China in terms of development. However, the real problem for India is that it's not growing like China was 30 years ago. Double digit growth doesn't happen in India and they've grown very little compared to 2019, before the pandemic. So China keeps extending its lead. Of course that may change if India finds a new growth model.
