Anyone know anything how the recently introduced law in Japan (Japan New Economic Security Law) intended to steer that country in achieving what that law stipulates to do which is to establish policies protecting and Securing supply chains of critical materials, nondisclosure of patents for Security reasons, promoting the development of advanced technologies, and ensuring infrastructure Security.

Here's the latest discussion on the said policy and how it's panning out so far one year after it's introduction.

One of the reasons why I am not supporting of setting up plants in the US is that right now the US can and will arbitrarily raid, confiscate and investigate any Chinese companies for no reason. Understandably, many people want Chinese EVs, solar and battery companies to make inroad in the US but the risk has outweighed any gain to make such investment worthwhile.

Same with domestic cats, dogs, rats, cows, deer, monkeys, bats, mink, lions, etc.... This is one shitty bioweapon that is cross-racial and even cross-species.

But then again, you can consider Koreans, Taiwanese, Japanese, Filipinos, etc... as "American dogs", so it makes sense.

This is actually good news and hopefully given high profile in the Chinese media and deter other Chinese investors from sinking money into the US black hole, which is no better than the Indian black hole.

Countries like Vietnam, Indonesia , Turkey or Mexico can do all the manufactured exports but once it come into that high paid in person jobs. these are all Indians. Thats why India can afford those Gold imports, purchase high net worth real estate , travel more often with families and afford more international education.

Mostly a very small percentage due to wealth inequality and most of those with that money want to move or have already relocated out of India.
