yes they can make error in African geography but the numbers conveyed that UK is among the top destination of international students mostly outside Europe.

Right move. There's 15 former Soviet States, not only was his viewpoint just straight up false, China would gain absolutely nothing making a statement like that. Yes, some former Soviet States are 100% aligned with the West now but there are plenty in Central Asia that AREN'T Western aligned that literally border China that you risk damaging relations with.

I am sure there are choppers with external tanks that can achieve longer ranges but its about confidence of utilizing it in such way minimum 3 at time outside well established zone of support. 2600km (1600mile) is not small effort when done continuously without longer break on the ground.
