Incontrovertible proof of two thousand year old plan to destroy America.
Awfully long winded way to say ‘the facts agree with what the Chinese ambassador said.’.
The US be like thanks france for this friendly donation. It would be a shame if you loose anymore big deals around the world like with AUKUS.
Rather than manufacturing an existing chip design, "multiple industry executives" told the Financial Times that Arm is planning to produce a more advanced processor not seen before. Although Arm isn't commenting, this chip is expected to only be used to showcase what is possible and the company has no plans to license or sell it as a product.
It doesn't matter what they think, everyone is trying to make their "legitimacy" sound better. These so-called "government in exile" are just those who hide in foreign countries and pick up ready-made benefits. They are just lucky enough to wait until the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Here is the full interviewIt’s funny, I see a lot of reaction to what the Chinese ambassador to France said, in French. Yet I have not seen a full transcript of what exactly he is suppose to have said.
This seems suspiciously like the using of deliberate mistranslations to create sensationalist stories that the west has been engaged in against China since forever. The only difference is that because the original interview was in French, it’s not as easy for Chinese users to see through the obvious and transparent lie.
... he specifically talks about the history of Crimea and how it was a simply made a part of Ukraine SSR by Khrushchev.
He says there was no official accord to determine the status (borders) of these countries. (This is factually correct) Many conflicts have been fought over the territory of ex-Soviet republics, Chechnya, Dagestan, Nargono-Karabakh (twice), South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Transnistria, etc.
These territories continue to be disputed as a legacy of the hasty disintegration of the USSR.
Thanks, but alas I don’t speak any French. Here is the full interview

@Atomicfrog ou des autres francophones de SDF, perhaps you can listen and judge the "correctness" of my comprehension? (which is not meant to be taken as a translation)
The EU is plotting how to win friends and influence people — in other countries.
Earlier this week, EU officials circulated a confidential briefing, obtained by POLITICO, that details several individualized plans to win back — or not lose — four key “priority countries” that sit on the edge of the Western-led alliance trying to isolate Russia, arm Ukraine and constrain China.
The countries: Brazil, Chile, Nigeria and Kazakhstan.
The document indicates where — and how — the EU thinks it can make progress in each one. There is the expected invocation of possible trade agreements, but the document goes well beyond that, suggesting tailored offers the EU can make on energy, migration, economic development or security coordination. The focus is distinctly on carrots, not sticks.
