It's sad to watch.

This is still a human story.

To build a business takes work. It takes hard work. Most don't make it. A business that makes it, is a success story. A success story of life. For many business owners, their business is their life. They worked so hard to make a life for themselves.

Then their stupid politicians, all lawyers, who never ran or built a business in their entire lives, enact policies that target your business, basically it targets your life, it targets all your hard work that you had put your life into it.

That was why those US sanctions against Huawei was so outrageous. They targeted a successful business.

That is why these EU actions are even more outrageous, this time they target their own.

A age old business, goes poof! Just like that.

He is still a very useful tool for anti-China propaganda, just dress him as Chinese agent when prosecuting him. When the republican get into white-house, dress him as victim of democrat's pro-China agenda. The value of crap is that it can be picked up by whoever to throw at whomever.

The grand payoff of years of propagandizing and bribes to the media and politicians of Australia. Yet another massive win for dark horse of the MIC, General Dynamics. They always fly under the radar (you never see their events getting crashed by protesters like LockMart's) but here they are plundering a foreign country for half a trillion. Remember that time they assraped the US on Zumwalt prices then raped them AGAIN post-sale by offering to replace the unusable main weapons system with something else for billions (which of course was agreed to)? And a bunch of other examples. The sheer audacity of these mfs exceeds even other US MIC companies and would be completely hilarious to watch if it weren't so dystopian.

I'm sure Northrop is next in line to plunder the Australian taxpayer under the pretext of the manufactured CCP threat.
