I have friends in certain circles in Beijing who heard that there are campaign plans for AR for as soon as 2024. I heard this three months ago and didn't mention sooner because this is way too sensitive (CMC origin), but since these sort of rumours have recently been already out and about...

As always, take with a grain of salt. I won't say any more.
Taxi drivers circles?! Lol joke aside i think whoever in CPC planning for AR is know full well what they do, atleast i hope so, fingercrossed

Frankly I would be appalled if the PLA hasn’t been making AR campaign plans every single year like EA has been making FIFA games.

What might have changed is rather than designing campaigns around what assets, forces and munitions are readily available, the PLA planners are now being asked what procurements should be made starting now if AR is X years away. The more years the X is, the bigger the assets in question.

In this regards, I don’t think the hint guancha dropped about one big asset being dropped in favour of another is talking about 076 vs Carrier. Rather I think the 076 might be being thrown on the back burner in favour of more 075 production.

Trading carriers for 076 makes zero sense since carriers are useful and necessary in almost all AR scenarios, and are so far along the development path.

But realistically speaking, the 076 is not going to be relevant in any AR scenario before 2030. Whereas if they started mass producing 075s now, they could potentially all be operationally deployable by 2025 for a Taiwan scenario.

Meh.. No worse than this fella and other people like him that's populating western leadership from London, France, Ukraine, EU countries, to America. I mean look at this guy, Michael Milken who heads his own influential think tank called the Milken Institute where people of great wealth, prestige, power and influence get together to prognosticate on the "pressing issues and events of the globe" and that's from someone who was fined ($600 Million) for fraud and racketeering. Is it whataboutism you betcha it is because western world are full of scummy and scammers literally conning each other. These folks are simply reinventing themselves to earn a living or to brush away their past misdeeds but some people like Milken can do it better than Alex Mercouris since he's not a billionaire plus he's not peddling western Anglo-Saxon bullshit that's corroded world politics, economics, and fostered conflicts around the world.

John Bolton, and other neocon liars like Nuland are in government peddling falsehoods after falsehoods yet they're allowed to be heard and even given rewards to their excellent lying. I can't stand the sheer clutching of pearls and pseudo morality used as a weapon against someone who does not espoused views anathema to yours or mine simply based on their supposed immorality, or unethical past. Everyone's a crook, Alex just suck at being one.
Well to ask that other chap, what did Alexander say that is necessarily wrong in relation to this conflict compared to the mainstream media. Thought to be honest, something’s he does say about Trump is pretty silly given that Trump might not be as stupid as Biden but is still an idiot regardless. Also, he does give a lot of value info (that admitted easy to fact check when one has time) in regards to the current crisis, so believing what he says is preferable compared to CNN which I am convinced is 99 percent bullshit. Their are other commentators that are better then him in terms of content and research.

I always found Alex Christoforu to be somewhat better given his humor and Brian Beletic to be somewhat more informative then he is but over all, I do find his channel worth a listen although one much still be careful anyway. At least it beats listening to idiots like the Canadian Prepper, who know jack about geopolitics and I am convinced is a NATO lover who seems to white wash whatever NATO has done in The past and who I am going to enjoy watch breaking down when the last pillars of western dominance gets wrecked but by bit and that their preparation bullshit amounts to nothing in the end
